Pack: Hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, camera, and comfortable walking shoes, swimwear (if you would like to swim), & beach towels.

Fitness Level: Moderate – walking required, including some uneven paths and steps.

Dress Code: Casual with comfortable footwear is recommended.

Weather: Mild to warm conditions (depending on the season) with sun, wind, or light rain possible – a light jacket is advised.

Age Limit: Great for families, seniors, and all comfort levels.

Travel Insurance: Comprehensive Travel Insurance is strongly recommended to protect your holiday investment against unexpected port or itinerary changes.

Accessibility: Suitable for folding wheelchairs. Guests should be able to transfer into the vehicle seat with our guide's help. Please specify your wheelchair type (manual or electric) when booking.

Wheelchair access: is available at most sites. At Cape Point, a funicular is available for those who prefer not to walk to the lighthouse.

Please note: Any tickets included in your booking are non-refundable.

If your tour falls during the Table Mountain cable car’s annual maintenance (usually July–August), we will include a local highlight instead or can arrange an alternative activity of your choice.

Non-Refundable Deposit: A 20% deposit within 72 hours is required from the time of booking to secure initial admin fees and secure bookings with local suppliers.

For FIT bookings (1-9 pax)

• 20% non refundable deposit

• Total balance due 45 days prior to trip.

Groups (10+ pax)

• 20 % non refundable depost within 72 hours of confirmation

• 30% second payment 90 days prior to trip

• 50% final payment 60 days prior to arrival.

Changing itinerary after confirmation

Any changes such as date, location, transfers & experiences made after confirmation and deposit received, a standard admin fee of ZAR500 will apply and be added to the total amount due for the trip.

• 89-60 days - 70% refund

• 59 - 45 days - 50% refund

• 44 - 30 days - 25% refund

Cruise "No-Dock" Clause: Into Tours can't be held liable for cruise liners that are unable to dock due to unforeseen circumstances, such as delays, no docking availability, natural disasters, bad weather, fires, or turbulence throughout the world. Into Tours will then do their best to reschedule your tour based on availability for a different date within the same travel period. If that cannot be done or if you decide to cancel your day trip, a partial refund of 40% will be issued for a one-day tour only. This excludes multi-day tours and packages.

Refund Processing: All approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
